Important announcement of Kalmunai Municipal Council.

We hereby inform that the public land allotted to the Kalmunai Municipal Corporation, 
known as Fiscal Land, has been paved with the funds of the Corporation and with the 
help of mechanics and laborers, and is being used as a platform for parking the 
municipal vehicles and public vehicles from today, Monday, 19.02.2024.

The general public visiting Kalmunai can use this parking lot by paying a fee.

Also, with the financial assistance of the Ministry of Water Supply and Plantation 
Infrastructure and the financial contribution of the Kalmunai Municipal Council, 
the stool block set up at the Kalmunai Public Bus Station will be made available for
public use from the 21st.

Passengers arriving at the bus station can use this by paying a one-time fee of 20 rupees. 
And people with special needs can get this service free of cost.

Also, the work plan to pay the fundraising activities of Kalmunai Municipal Council 
under one roof (Onestop Service) through Online (Reality) is also nearing completion.

We are also happy to inform that from the coming 01st of March, the general public
will be able to easily pay their service charges including income tax online without 
visiting the office.
